Courtney Bohn owner of Elevation Healthcare

Please join us in welcoming Courtney Bohn owner of Elevation Healthcare.  Courtney is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Midwife.  Prior to opening Elevation Healthcare, she worked in the local community providing women services. 

Courtney said she has always had an overwhelming passion to help people.  At Elevation Healthcare their goal is to help people become successful at improving their health.  They understand that one size does not fit all.  They have specialized plans for both women and men, including, women services, medically supervised weight loss programs, wellness programs and full lab services.

Dr. Bertha Vasquez

In addition to Courtney is her medical director, Dr. Bertha Vasquez who is board certified as an OBGYN and practices Maternal Fetal Medicine.
