It’s funny how life comes around full circle.  Just ask Samantha Wolfe with The Law Offices of Samantha K. Wolfe who held a Ribbon Cutting Friday, July 16, 2021, to commemorate their one-year anniversary.

Wolfe grew up in Greencastle, PA.  She was a freshman in high school when she decided to take Latin with a teacher named Mrs. Judy Tucker.  Wolfe remembers fondly how Mrs. Maxwell use to speak of her husband, Waynesboro attorney, Tucker Maxwell during her four years in Latin class.

In 2006 after finishing her first year of law school, Wolfe began looking for a law firm near her hometown to do an internship.  She recalled one of her favorite teachers and how she used to talk about her attorney husband.  On a whim, she wrote a letter to Mr. Maxwell asking if he needed a summer legal intern.  She spent the next two summers interning for Mr. Maxwell soaking up all the knowledge she could.

After graduating law school in 2008 she decided to pursue a legal master’s in taxation to further her knowledge for future clients.  After graduation she spent 7 ½ years at Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak, in Williamsport, PA, practicing estate planning, asset protection planning, long-term care planning, special needs planning and business succession planning.  She loved her job but missed her family who were living in Fairfield, PA.  In 2017 Wolfe moved back to the area and joined Maxwell Sipe Las Offices.

In 2018, Tucker Maxwell retired.  With the help of Maxwell’s long-standing employees, Tamera Siegrist and Sandra Davis, and new employees Amy Meek and Jess Blair, The Law Offices of Samantha K. Wolfe opened July 1, 2020.  Wolfe said that she values the legacy that Tucker Maxwell created.  He believed in working hard for his clients and serving the greater Waynesboro community.  Wolfe said she is honored to be a part of this community and hopes to continue Maxwells legacy and tradition.

According to Wolfe, their mission is to “provide mindful legal direction for you and your future generations.”  Wolfe focuses on estate planning, estate administration, asset protection planning, long-term care planning, Medicaid planning, special needs planning and business succession planning.  The office is located at the Landis Complex - 20 East Sixth St., Suite 206, Waynesboro, PA.  If you need “Mindful Legal Direction,” contact Wolfe and her team at 717-655-2676.   Hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 8:30- 4:30 or by appointment.    Visit them at https://www.skwlawoffice.com/
